Admissions Application Process

If you have determined that you would like to begin the admissions process for your child at Saint Bernard Catholic School – congratulations! You have made a momentous decision for your child’s future. We are thrilled to welcome your family into ours.

To begin the admissions process, simply follow these steps:

  1. Complete our SBCS Enrollment Form. You may also pick up an admissions packet at the school office.
  2. Bring or send the following items to our office:
    • Completed Admissions Application (from above)
    • Birth Certificate
    • Social Security Card
    • Current Immunization Record (Indiana current immunization requirements)
    • $25 non-refundable registration fee (will be applied to tuition)
